Symposium on Sex and Sadism in Science Fiction was a44-page, one-shot fanzine published in May 1953 by David Gardner. It was the subject of discussion at the Coroncon, the 1953 Eastercon:

Frank Milnes too took his opportunity and rose up from the body of the Hall to flog a copy of Sex and Sadism Carnell, who had been talking about it for ten minutes without having read it.
Ken Slater said of the Symposium:
I suggest you scrounge a copy if you have any interest in the matter at all. All points of view are admirably expounded by various experts on science-fiction. I don't know their qualifications on the 'sex and sadism' part, but they all appear to have a pretty wide experience[2].
