Barbara Mace was a UK fan from Leeds active from the mid-1960s.

She was member #551 in the 1965-66 BSFA membership list, tagged as an 'associate' member suggesting she was then under 18. The BSFA Bulletin #13 (July 1967) identified her as the contact for the newly-formed Leeds and District SF Group. She attended Briscon, the 1967 Eastercon[1] and was at least registered for Thirdmancon in 1968, and produced at least one piece of fanart, published in Entropy #2.

There is a possibility that her full or former name was Barbara Maciejewski[2]
