M. A. 'Bill' Boyd was a UK fan from Devon active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) and at the time was a flight lieutenant at the Combined Ops Signal School. In Booklist Winter 1947 Ron Holmes thanked him for his work on the British Fantasy Library Handbook, something that nobody thought to acknowledge in the Handbook itself.

He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
