C. Walker was a UK fan from County Durham active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) from at least 1947.
It is unclear if he was the same person as Cedric Walker of Hull, contributor to Slant and New Worlds and member of the Science Fantasy Society. On the one hand, Walt Willis said in Xero #7 that Cedric Walker hadn't been active in fandom before he submitted a story to Slant which appeared in its second issue in 1949. Then again, presumably Walker had seen a copy of Slant #1 and that was mailed to everybody on the BFL mailing list.
He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
