John F. Kusske is a Minneapolis fan active since the 1960s. He was a member of the Minnesota Science Fiction Society beginning in the 1970s. While not a founder of Minn-Stf, he had been one of the group of teenagers (including many of the founders) that had tried to organize a Minneapolis club a couple of years previously. He belonged to several apae.

He was one of the creators of the fannish ghod the Great Spider.

He was married to fellow fan Joan Kusske.
