Bernie Evans was a British fan who chaired Novacon 17 in 1987 and Novacon 20 in 1990. As well as contributing to APAs including TWP, she edited The Tudor Dynasty in support of Martin Tudor's (successful) candidacy for TAFF in 1996, and published the fanzine It Must Be the Sixties -- Bernie's Pregnant!.
