An APA for hoaxes and humor. In early 1978, it was reported to have split into two APAs, each claiming to be the real APA-H. It was founded by Freff in 1970. It supposedly had 20 members. (But who knows?)

Herbangelism got a lot of play in its mailings. Full mailings from APA-H were called Chicken Salad Sandwiches. Fractional mailings were called Canapés.
