Windycon 36 was a convention held from November 13-15, 2009 at the Westin Lombard in Chicago. Guests of Honor: James P. Blaylock, Phil Foglio, Kaja Foglio, Chris Garcia, Tom Smith. Toastmaster: Christian Ready. Chair: Joseph Stockman. The con had the theme "Steampunk."
The ISFiC Writers Contest winner is "Oracle," by John M. Cowan.
The ISFiC Press book was The Shadow on the Doorstep, by James P. Blaylock.
