Nils Frome an early Canadian fan, edited SupraMundane Stories, the first Canadian genzine, in the late 1930s and contributed illos to many American fanzines (sometimes under his own name and sometimes under the penname Herkanos.) World War II fafiated him.
He won the Fanzine Fanac Awards Society's "Hall of Fame" award for 2011.
