The GoH was Harry Turtledove, the Artist GoH was Richard Hescox, the Fan GoHs were Jack Chalker and Eva Whitley, the Science GoH was Jack Horner, and Susan Allen was Volunteer GoH. It was chaired by William Sadorus and Ministry of Whimsy was "Spotlighted Publisher".
