Disclave 14 returned to the Skyline Inn in Washington, DC (dreadful site of Disclave 13) for the May 15–17, 1970, con. Murray Leinster (Will Jenkins) was GoH. Chairman Jay Haldeman would make him GoH for Discon II as well, perhaps as recompense. The ICC kept everyone from starving.
