A Baltimore-area fan who found fandom in 1984 and who chaired Balticon 25 and Balticon 35 and worked on Balticon and a number of regionals. He "instigated" the Baltimore in '98 Worldcon bid, was Balticon's Gaming Czar, was a member of the BSFS Board of Directors, and was honored as Ghost of Honor at Balticon 44. Along with Inge Heyer he founded BWSMOF. He was an editor of BSFan.
