Ohio Valley Filk Fest 3 (aka FilkCon 9.3) was a filk convention held from October 31-November 2, 1987 at the Parke University Hotel in Columbus, OH, although it was originally scheduled for a different time. GoH: Mercedes Lackey (or maybe Meg Davis). The toastmaster was Michael "Moonwulf" Longcor and it was chaired by Kathy Hamilton and Mary Kay Jackson. It had 145 attendees.
It was announced in Harpings #9, and had a convention report in Harpings #12, which included a report on the Pegasus Awards for that year (although they weren't called that then).
