Richard Delap was a SF writer, editor, and reviewer who was born in Kansas, moving the LA in 1975.
He began in fandom and wrote widely for fanzines including Granfalloon and Yandro and was nominated for the Best Fan Writer Hugo several times.
He edited and wrote reviews for the semi-professional magazine Delap's Fantasy and Science Fiction Review in the mid-1970s.
