Westercon 20 (aka Westercon XX) was held 1–4 July, 1967, at the Sheraton-West Hotel in Los Angeles. GoH: Marion Zimmer Bradley; FGoH: Lon Atkins. Chaired by Brandon Lamont (who replaced Ted Johnstone).

During the bid, the FGoH was announced as “Young Fandom” (which was not, apparently, Young Fandom). By early 1967, Lon Atkins was being identified as the FGoH "representing Young Fandom."

The successful bid was LA in '67. Other bidders were Burlingame in '67 and Berkeley in '67. See 1967 Westercon Site Selection for details.
