PNRB was a monthly publication devoted to "intelligent writing about books; speaking from a Northwest perspective." It was not an SF publication, though it was staffed largely by fans.
The editor was John D. Berry, the publisher was Loren MacGregor. Also involved were Susan Wood, Paul Novitski, Jeff Frane, Jerry Kaufman, Doug Barbour and Jane Hawkins.
