Tom Moulton was a UK fan from Blackpool active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) and the N3F.

In Booklist (Spring 1948) he said he'd been reading fantasy for about 30 years and had been collecting magazines since discovering a copy of Wonder in 1934. he also said he hoped to reside in the United States by 1950, but he was still in Blackpool when he appeared in the N3F roster in April 1952.

He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
