The 2003 Worldcon, fourth in Canada, Torcon 3 was was held August 28 - September 1, 2003 in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Royal York Hotel in Toronto, Canada. The GoHs were George R. R. Martin (author), Frank Kelly Freas (artist), Robert Bloch (GoHst of Honor) and the FGoH was Mike Glyer. Artist GoH Frank Kelly Freas did not attend. Spider Robinson was Toastmaster. Chaired by Peter Jarvis.

Torcon 3 was combined with the Canadian National Science Fiction Convention (Canvention). Notably it was at Torcon that the Time Travel Worldcon made it's first (last?) report.
