Victor S. Walton was a UK fan from west London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Paint Research Station Science Fiction Library (PRSSFL), the Cosmos Club, and the British Fantasy Society (BFS).
When E. Frank Parker wrote to Futurian War Digest in October 1942 to introduce the PRSSFL, he described Walton as one of the group's 'leading lights', a 'fantasy artist superlative and ... promising author'. He may have contributed to The Beyond.
During the Second World War he was a trooper in the Royal Tank Regiment.
He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but not in later editions.
