Admins: Am I permitted to correct errors or update things in my page like SF books I authored but are not listed? (The page is significantly out of date in some regards.)

You are welcome to update or correct any pages that you know anything about the subject of, including those about yourself. Just bear in mind that others can and will edit your edits if they disagree with your facts, dislike your wording or, especially, if they see your edits as blatant self promotion. However, good anecdotes often trump strict accuracy.
