(Did you mean a different Tangent?)
Tangent is a fanzine published by Dave Truesdale. Truesdale originally published his sercon fanzine, featuring reviews and author interviews, on paper from 1975 to 1977.
In 1993, Truesdale recreated it as a reviewzine with the aim of reviewing every piece of original short fiction in genre magazines, original collections, and single-author collections. He moved Tangent to the web in 1997.
Tangent received nominations for the 1999 Best Fanzine Hugo, the 1997 Best Fanzine Hugo, the 1998 Best Fanzine Hugo, and the 2002 Best Web Site Hugo. It also received a World Fantasy Award nomination.
