Spaceways

Spaceways was a fanzine published by Harry Warner, Jr. which began publication in November 1938 and ran thirty issues. At one point it was reproed on the DDT&T Mimeo. For a time, Jim Avery was a co-editor.

In All Our Yesterdays, Warner said that:

 Submarines were even harder on fanac than Washington bureaucrats. Only two copies of the second Annish of Spaceways [#17 V3#1 (December, 1940)] lived through their trips to destinations in Europe and Australia.

One reached of those J. Edward 'Renny' Rennison in the UK and in Futurian War Digest #13 (September 1941) J. Michael Rosenblum wrote:

Paging Spaceways Annissue! 'Renny' mentions that he sent his almost unique copy of Spaceways (the rest got drowned) round fandom about six months ago, and its present whereabouts are unknown.

The December 1942 mailing of FAPA contained a fanzine labelled Spaceways V4#8 on the cover and Horizons V4#2 on the inside.
