Sixteen Tones

Sixteen Tones, the 16th British Filk Convention, was held February 6-8, 2004 at the Hanover International hotel in Bromsgrove. The Overseas Guest was Bill Roper and the UK Guest was Chris Conway. It was chaired by Lissa Allcock.
