(???? – )

Raymond R. F. Bailey was a UK fan from Melton Mowbray near Leicester active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS) and the N3F.

Bailey did not attend the Whitcon in 1948 but was among those who sent greetings so he was already in contact with fandom at this point, and he was an early member of the SFS. He was also a reader of Operation Fantast, and so may have been a member of the British Fantasy Library, and later a contributor to the first issue of Phantasmagoria. He is listed as a member of the N3F in the June 1949 issue of The National Fantasy Fan.

He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
