A fanzine published by Bob Shaw in mid-1990, intended as a regular letter-substitute ("the usual") although only one issue appeared. The format was A5, a single sheet of A4 paper folded to give four pages typed in two columns, with illustrations by Shaw himself. Perspex Parrot read very like an instalment of his famous Hyphen column "The Glass Bushel".
