Paula Sigman, now Paula Sigman Lowery, an American fan who was also known as Jenny Smith, publishes the apazine Gallows Oak for Apanage. Her first issue was published in Apanage 9, December 1971; her most recent issue, Gallows Oak 294, was published in Apanage 326, November 2024.
