Ohio Valley Filk Fest 23 was a filk convention held October 26-28, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Columbus-Dublin in Dublin, OH. GoH: Michael "Moonwulf" Longcor, Listener Guest: Bob Passovoy and Anne Passovoy, Interfilk Guest: Ellen 'Blade' McMicking. It was chaired by Lori Coulson and the toastmaster was Marty Coady Fabish.
