Norwescon 45 was a convention held April 6–9, 2023, at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in SeaTac, WA. The GoHs were Phenderson Djèlí Clark, Greg Dubos and Grace P. Fong
Uncanny Magazine was spotlighted publisher, represented by Lynne M. Thomas and Michael Damian Thomas. It was chaired by SunnyJim Morgan and attendance was 1643.
