A bid by NASF3 (the group which runs Heliosphere) to run the 2023 Smofcon in the Greater New York City area. It was organized less than two weeks before site selection at Smofcon 38 when the only 2023 bidder folded and folded a week later when it was unable to get acceptable room rates.
