NASF3 is a New York City club founded in 2016 to hold HELIOsphere and sponsor other fannish events in the New York City area. It will also sponsor World Fantasy Convention 2024.

(Where type allows, the "3" in the abbreviation is superscripted.)

It was founded by Mark W. Richards, Catelynn Cunningham, and Liz Crefin, who, along with Tara Walsh and Gabi Morel, formed the new club's initial board and the core of the committee of HELIOsphere 2017, the organization's inaugural convention. Other early and founding members include Ken Winter, Joni Dashoff, Ira Donewitz, and Larry Nelson.

As a fannish social organization, it also holds fan gatherings and game nights on a semi-regular basis at an Irish bar (An Beal Bocht) in the Bronx.

It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit incorporated in New York State.

Club 2016
This is a club page. Please extend it by adding information about when and where the club met, when and by whom it was founded, how long it was active, notable accomplishments, well-known members, clubzines, any conventions it ran, external links to the club's website, other club pages, etc.

When there's a floreat (Fl.), this indicates the time or times for which we have found evidence that the club existed. This is probably not going to represent the club's full lifetime, so please update it if you can!
