Monthly Bulletin was a newsletter produced by Langdon Jones for Group 65, a group of fans from London who planned to make a cine-film. There are seven known issues and there may be more although the project was shelved around February 1965.

The film, to be called Nightworld, would have been shown at Loncon II, the 1965 Worldcon although in the first issue of the Bulletin (April 1964) Jones explained an additional, secondary purpose:

Personally, I sincerely hope that we have a good response from London Fandom; not because of the film, alone, but because this will show that the fans of London are willing to co-operate in a group project. It will show that London is capable of becoming once more, a coherent group.

My fannish dream at present, is that of a unified London. I hope my dream comes true

The Bulletin details the meetings to discuss the project, the progress of funding, and the first attempts at filming.
