Mark of Paracon (Paracon 4) was a convention held July 24-26, 1981 at the Sheraton Penn State in State College, PA. The GoHs were William Tenn and Kelly Freas, and Jan Howard Finder was Fan GoH. (Some other artist was originally announced as GoH, with Freas an announced change.)
