Jack Ketchum

(November 10, 1946 - January 24, 2018)

Born Dallas Mayr, he began using the pen name Jerzy Livingston. Eventually he began using the Ketchum name and published horror novels such as The Girl Next Door, The Haunt, and Peaceable Kingdom.
