J. Wilkinson was a UK librarian from Bradford. Mavis and Derek Pickles extended thanks to those who had helped with the NECON including:
To Mr.J.Wilkinson of Bradford Public Libraries, Bowling Branch, for arranging and displaying a small selection of books in his library during the week previous to the Convention.
We don't know for sure that this was the same 'Mr J. Wilkinson; Bradford' who attended the convention but it seems a reasonable assumption. And if it was the same person, we also don't know whether he was there in a professional capacity or as a fan, or indeed as both.
