H. Griffiths was a UK fan from Southport active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in August 1938. He is not otherwise mentioned in Novae Terrae although the same issue that reported his membership said plans were afoot for a Southport branch of the SFA. There is no evidence that it ever came into being.
