Elizabeth McCarty is a Chicago-area conrunning fan. Elizabeth was the Division Head of Promotions for LoneStarCon 3, handled social media for World Fantasy Convention 2014, worked in Programming and Childcare for Sasquan, was the Division Head of the Marketing Division for MidAmeriCon II and was Deputy Division Head in Programming for Dublin 2019 before stepping back in 2018 from convention work to focus on parenting.

Elizabeth has also been involved with Capricon serving as GoH Liaison in 2017 and in the programming team for 2020.

She frequently speaks on panels and conducts workshops about marketing your convention, time management, crisis response and handling social media. Elizabeth frequently works and collaborates with Sara Felix on Marketing and Social Media teams. She was married to fellow fan Dave McCarty for a time.
