Destinies: The Voice of Science Fiction, is a fan run radio show created by members of The Science Fiction Forum and airing on Fridays at 11:30 PM on WUSB, 90.1 FM, the radio station of the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Debuting in April, 1983, the program features interviews, movie reviews, convention updates and highlights, the Destinies Audiobook Sampler, Soundtrack Spotlight, Graphic Detail, the Destinies Radio Theater, Christopher DeFilippis' "DeFlip Side," and Patrick Thomas' "Dear Cthuhlu." Currently the world's second-longest-running science fiction radio show, Destinies has been hosted for most of its run by Dr. Howard Margolin. Regular contributors to the program over the years have included co-creators Gary Halada and Mike Botwin, John Madonia, John Cornetto, David Macpherson, Jesse Flint, Christopher DeFilippis, Phil Merkel, Audrey Dettmering, and Patrick Thomas.
