dLUMPS was a fanzine published by Brian Lombard from Cape Town, South Africa. At least some issues were distributed through Africapa and/or ROMPA. It's unclear whether there were issues after the third in 1974.

Son of the WSFA Journal 167/168 (November 1974) said of its first issue:

Brian discusses the '73 Hugo Best Novel nominees; report on "An Eastern Cape Weekend"; reprints of two articles relating to "petty apartheid" by Cape Town journalist John Scott, repr. Cape Times.

It summarised the three issues received:

Nice insights into the Lombards and life in S.Africa. Will look forward to seeing future issues.

Maybe 40 (1975) said of issue 3:

Outstanding cover β€” looks like Africaans language version of F&SF incl local artists rendering of an old F&SF cover (for Operation Chaos[1] –one of the best)
