D. J. Fabian was a UK fan from Hounslow in west London active in the 1940s. He joined the Cosmos Club (CSC) as reported in Cosmic Cuts v5#3 (August 1946). He also attended the Whitcon of 1948, something we know because he signed the list of attendees.
