David Black was a UK fan from London active in the 1930s. He was a member of the Science Fiction Association (SFA), joining in August 1938. Other than that, he isn’t mentioned in Novae Terrae.

He is listed in J. Michael Rosenblum's Directory of Anglofandom of 1945 although with a status of “not in touch at the present moment”.
