British SF Book Index was a 16-page single-issue fanzine produced by Ken Slater in 1956 and distributed with OMPA #10. In Lesser Flea #6 (Spring 1957), Joy Clarke said:

I was absolutely delighted to get this in my OMPA mailing. Ken you've done Fantast (M) out of a sale. This is the sort of solid work that I delight to get through OMPA: it makes it all so worth while, in spite of the depressing one-shots.

This implies the Index was also sold by Slater through his Fantast (Medway) business.
