Con*Cept '99 / Boréal '99 was a convention held October 1-3, 1999 at the Days Inn Downtown in Montreal, QC. GoH was Candas Jane Dorsey, Boréal GoH was Norbert Spehner, and Media GoH was Max Grodenchik. The MC was Larry Stewart.
Other participants included Joel Champetier, Julie E. Czerneda, Nancy Kilpatrick, Donald Kingsbury, Yves Meynard, Jean-Pierre Normand, Josepha Sherman, Dr. David Stephenson, and Jean-Louis Trudel.
