Bob Swartz was a fan from Dorchester Massachusetts active in the 1950s. He was listed as a member of the Nor'west Science Fantasy Club (NSFC) in Manchester, UK from July 1952 with the implication that his membership was on behalf of something called the Greater Boston S-F Society. In December 1953 he was credited with helping in some unspecified way to produce the NSFC clubzine, Space Times.
