Bilcyn was an apazine for OMPA published by Ken Slater in the UK. See also Bilfescyning.
In its first issue, Slater said "Credit to Mr. H. K. Bulmer, Prexy of this association and spokesman of the London Circle, for giving me the title of this fanrag. Unwittingly, perhaps, but still - he done it!" Slater also said its purpose was "solely to vent his bilious cynicism on others."
