A Worldcon bid and Westercon bid run by Alva Rogers and J. Ben Stark to hold the 1968 Worldcon in the Bay Area. Originally, the proposal seems to have been to hold it in Burlingame, CA, but the bid ultimately settled on Oakland. It won against opposition from PanPacificon and Seattle in '68 and went on to run Baycon.
