Balticon 23

Balticon 23 was a convention held Easter weekend, March 24-26, 1989 at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, MD. The GoHs were C. J. Cherryh, and Stephen Hickman and the FGoH was Steve Stiles.

The chairman was Jul Owings. Elizabeth Moon won the Compton Crook Award for Sheepfarmer's Daughter. Christopher Hinz was the previous year's winner.
