Andrew Seaman is UK fan from London active from the late 1980s to the early 2000s. He was a member of the Acnestis APA and of the BSFA, and edited the Association's newsletter Matrix from #142 (March 1999) to #151 (September 2001) as well as contributing occasional reviews from 1993 onwards.
