The 1955 Best Fanzine Hugo was presented September 4 at the Clevention. This second year of the Hugos there was again no shortlist of nominees. The winner was chosen by a vote of the members.
Winner: Fantasy Times ed. by James V. Taurasi, Sr. and Ray Van Houten
