Described as a Midwestcon-style relaxacon (but it included a costume ball!) held September 25–27, 1970, at the Edgewater Hyatt House in Long Beach, CA. It was organized by Lee Gold and Barry Gold. It also had a dealers' room, where Bill Crawford offered, among other things, a bunch of manuscripts of stories he'd published, including stories by Clark Ashton Smith and Andre Norton, and Cordwainer Smith's "Scanners Live in Vain." There were severe Santa Ana winds during the convention, which made everyone very dehydrated.
