Described as a Midwestcon-style relaxacon (but it included a costume ball!) scheduled to be held September 25-27, 1970 at the Edgewater Hyatt House in Long Beach, CA. It was organized by Lee Gold and Barry Gold. It also had a dealer's room, where Bill Crawford offered, among other things, a bunch of manuscripts of stories he'd published including stories by Clark Ashton Smith, Andre Norton, and Cordwainer Smith's "Scanners Live in Vain."
